Aalborg, Denmark — 25 July 2025. NOVO Imaging has entered into a three-year service and parts supply agreement with a regional hospital network in southern Poland covering 23 medical imaging systems across five facilities. The contract includes preventive maintenance scheduling, spare parts supply at agreed pricing, emergency response capability, and quarterly technical review meetings.
The hospital network operates CT, MRI, X-ray, mammography, and ultrasound systems from a range of OEM manufacturers. The multi-vendor service approach — covering equipment from multiple brands under a single agreement — is a model NOVO Imaging has been developing to address the service complexity facing multi-site healthcare organisations.
“Multi-vendor service agreements are operationally attractive for hospital networks because they reduce the administrative overhead of managing separate OEM service relationships for each system,” said Lars Christensen, Lead Field Engineer. “We have the breadth of modality expertise and parts sourcing capability to make this model work effectively.”
The contract begins on 1 September 2025. NOVO Imaging will station a dedicated field engineer in the region to support the contract from the outset.
